Best Available Players on Day Three of the 2021 NFL Draft.

Jonah Anderson

Who are the best available players on day three of the 2021 NFL Draft? There are so many prospects I’m excited about, it’s hard to choose just a few. The prospects listed below are the true cream of the crop. Day three picks that we believe could start in the NFL. These are the best available players.

Jaylen Twyman, DT, Pitt

We asked if this guy was the next Aaron Donald and he’s still available on day three of the 2021 NFL Draft. That’s crazy. Whoever picks Twyman is getting a defensive tackle with legitimate double digit sack potential.

Jabril Cox, LB, LSU

A hard working, athletic linebacker who excels in coverage. We have compared him to Darius Leonard and he is well overdue to be taken.

Ihmir Smith-Marsette, WR, Iowa

This guy is an explosive athlete who was underused at the University of Iowa. He has good size at 6’1”, and can also contribute as a returner. Look out for this receiver who’s flying under the radar.

Khyris Tonga, DT, BYU

A huge space eater on the defensive line, who will instantly make a team’s run defense better. He can also penetrate into the backfield and cause those all important negative plays. He’s a beast.

Kylin Hill, RB, Mississippi State

Hill has the talent to be a three down starting running back in the NFL. While running backs have lessened in value, we’ve already seen plenty go off the board. Might as well get a steal now and watch him start.

Sadarius Hutcherson, G, South Carolina

A player I’ve fallen in love with, as he’s a violent, nasty blocker. Hutcherson mauls people and it’s fantastic to watch. I’m thinking of multiple teams that I believe he would be a day one starter on.

Shemar Jean-Charles, CB, Appalachian State

A dominant, shutdown cornerback from a smaller school. Extremely strong against not only the pass, but also the run. He stops receivers from catching the ball, and he tackles running backs. He’s an all around star.

O’Bryan Goodson, DT, Memphis

He’s an undersized defensive tackle, but all he did in college was produce. He’s quick and agile, penetrating offensive lines with ease. Goodson is strong against the pass and the run, he can do it all.

Raymond Johnson III, DE, Georgia Southern

A powerful defensive end who excels against both the run and the pass. He has similar physical tools and playing style as Everson Griffen. A three down edge rusher who can play in either the 3-4 or 4-3.

Daviyon Nixon, DT, Iowa

A defensive tackle who was high in all analysts rankings, is still available going into day three of the 2021 NFL Draft. Strong against the pass and the run, Nixon should already be off the board. He’s not a steal at this point, he’s highway robbery.
